Sessions are 50 Minutes

First session of 30 minutes is free.  This is an opportunity for you to meet me and to know if you would feel comfortable working together and if I am the right fit for you, it is your time to get a feel of how our sessions would be, you can ask any questions you may have about me, the way I work but also about what brings you to counselling.

I charge £50 for mid-week sessions ending at 6pm.

I am also a Bupa recognised practitioner – If this funding option applies to your circumstances please contact me for further details.

In some circumstances I may offer a reduced rate, please contact me for further info.

Location

I currently work online via Zoom platform, If you would like to book an online session please email parallelstepscounselling@gmail.com to get more information.

I do offer face to face working from Tynemouth or Whitley Bay areas only. * Room hire costs will be additional to the session fee above.
